EM Wigs would only be providing the styles, colour and lengths listed on the website.

We offer EXCHANGES within our store policies. Please refer to our FAQ for more details.

EM Wigs does not accept hair bundles or wig accessories from clients for the production of any unit.

EM Wigs are constructed on MESH caps with adjustable strap in size M only.

EM Wigs will only trim off the lace on a unit at the request of the client. It is advised that the client trims the lace off while wearing the unit to align properly with their hairline.

Please give 1-3 BUSINESS DAYS between placement and completion of an order. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING TIME.

Our Prices are subject to change at anytime and would not be communicated to clients when such changes take effect. Orders placed before price change will maintain its previous price.

All items on promotional Sales are FINAL. Sales prices are set at our own discretion. Once sales are over, ALL prices revert to the original value.

The price of each unit includes the cost of the bundles, closure/frontal, wig construction and packaging. No extra customization is done. Shipping would be displayed at checkout.

Solely the client incurs all shipping fee and taxes (in the future). EM Wigs would not be held liable for any custom or additional charges after a unit is shipped.

Once an order is placed, you have 4 hours to make changes or cancel order (via email). Any cancellation after 4 hours will not be acknowledged.

EM Wigs reserves the right to revoke or cancel any order at our discretion if the circumstances surrounding the ordering is not befitting.

EM Wigs will not be held liable for any delays by the postal service. They are a separate business entity and have their own shipping policy. Clients will receive tracking information once an order is shipped (Orders going to the GTA, Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge - in Ontario, might be an exception). Please contact the postal services’ customer service if you are experiencing any delay.
