Our Social Responsibility 2021

What inspired us?

2020 made a difference in our organization, particularly due to a unique group of women suffering from a medical condition called alopecia whom we were lucky to serve. Alopecia is an autoimmune genetically related disease that affects the hair follicles and causes partial or total hair loss.

In August 2020, a fine gentleman contacted us saying "Please can you help my wife?” Asking him how, he blurted out the words.... "she's suffering from hair loss and feeling less of a woman”. We care deeply about EVERY woman and none of us should feel this way!

This type of call came in at least once a month for every other month in 2020. Thankfully, we helped some, but couldn’t help all. However, we couldn’t get over this experience and so it fueled our passion of helping these women restore their sense of femininity and boost their confidence. In turn, we hope this will improve their overall well-being while experiencing an overwhelming and difficult time in their life. Again, we believe EVERY woman exudes an inner beauty just the way they are and we can support those who want it.

Here’s what you should know:

According to the American Academy of Dermatology, 40% of women have visible hair loss by the time they are age 40. This could be due to childbearing, illness (such as cancer or alopecia), the weather or other causes.

What can we do as a community?

$2 from every purchase you make this year will be donated to support women suffering from hair loss. With your help, we will provide financial and product support to qualifying women. Therefore, we graciously request that you join us in this service to fellow women. We appreciate your support.
